Valve Sacks

CB Packaging / MPS are the leading producer of valve pasted sacks in the Irish Market.

Valve pasted sacks have a variety of applications from building materials to food ingredients. They are characterised by excellent palletisation, high speed, low cost filling. For the cement industry we offer high porosity sacks enabling ultra high speed filling as well as ultrasonic valves.

Ranging in size from 5 to 50kg, from 1 to 5 ply, we supply valve sacks on pallets or alternatively packed in reel form for fully automated filling.

Open Mouth Block Bottom Sacks

CB Packaging offers a wide range of open mouth sacks to suit a variety of applications. For milk and food products we offer sealeable closures as well as internal barrier films (to give long shelf life).

Other Open mouth sacks for Pet Food applications are printed in up to 8 Colours.

Open Mouth Double Fold Bottom
Double fold sacks are ideal for mineral, food and animal feed applications. We offer “rip strip” as well as regular easy open closures.

Open Mouth Stitched Bottom
This type of sack is primarily used for the packaging of potatoes, animal feed and industrial products.

For added convenience, we can incorporate a plastic handle into sewn bags. This is especially useful for pack sizes up to 12.5kgs.

Refuse Sacks
We offer refuse sacks designed for a wide range of applications including bio waste, damp waste, organic waste, household and garden waste.
